Many movie posters are not dated. We endeavor to date items as accurately as possible given the information available to us. However, there have been occasions where new information has helped us to date an item with more precision. We cannot be held responsible in the event that an item's date is modified subsequent to its sale.
8.875% sales tax applies to local pickup orders and orders shipped within New York State.
Orders are shipped promptly and safely from our NYC gallery in custom heavy duty packaging. Tracking information is provided upon shipment. Local pickup is also available. Local pickup orders must be picked up within 90 days of order date. We cannot be held responsible for any items left with us longer than 90 days. When ordering a gift, we will not enclose a receipt with the order. Also, we're happy to include a gift message or accommodate other special shipping requests, just let us know at checkout.
Domestic orders over $100 include free UPS Ground or USPS Priority shipping and arrive within 1-5 business days (excluding holidays) in the continental United States. We offer $20 flat rate shipping for orders under $100. Expedited UPS services are available at checkout. If you need your package to arrive before a certain date please let us know and we will make sure your package is shipped with the correct service.
International shipping options include DHL Wordwide Express and USPS First Class International. Orders over $1,000 include free DHL Worldwide Express shipping. We highly recommend DHL Wordwide Express as it's fast and reliable. Please note that USPS First Class International offers very limited tracking information and can experience delays. We cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or delays for packages shipped via USPS First Class International.
Customs and Insurance
Many countries charge import duties and/or VAT according to the stated customs declaration. We therefore require customers to note their preferred customs declaration at checkout, understanding that declaring the full value of their order—as is our default—may incur fees from your local customs authorities. In our experience these fees can be up to 20%. Please be aware of your country’s regulations when you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for any import duties or fees incurred as well as any delays while the shipment is being processed by customs authorities. If you have a preference of how to declare your purchase, let us know in the "Additional Information" field during checkout. Please note that international shipments will be insured for the same amount as the customs declaration requested.
Lost, Damaged, and Returned Shipments
In the event your order is lost or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order arrived damaged, please retain all the packaging materials, the shipping carrier may request photos. Please contact us if you do not recieve your order within 30 days of receiving your shipment notification email. Shipments reported missing more than 60 days after the shipment date are ineligible for reimbursement as per our shipping carriers' guidelines. If your shipment is undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we'll make three attempts to reach you to arrange re-shipment. If we don't hear from you within 90 days of the last attempt, we'll consider the shipment abandoned.
